Fall Fashion Trends
Wayyyy back in May, I had my first chance encounter with what looks to be one of fall’s biggest trends: Sequin leggings. And I will admit, it was love. When done right, they can look so rockstar. Now, I am seeing this style in all colors and lengths. I must say black is still my favorite, but the silver ones shown below are really cool. You’d have to make sure to tone down the rest of your outfit though, because they are definitely loud.
The second trend I’ve seen and also find to be a little risky but totally cool when done right is the tye-dyed denim. Okay it sounds bad, but the pictures should save me here.
These are a great subtle version of this trend, and best of all they are one of the less expensive pairs as well. Yay!
I think these are also pretty subtle, but on a much lighter side of the spectrum. Shopbop.com
has a few others similar to this color as well.
These Alice+Olivia pair are my personal favorites. I think the pattern on these is sooo cool and the colors are perfect because they don’t overdo it.
These J Brands are pretty cool, not my favorite but a nice change from the black and white palettes on the previous pairs.
All in all, i think both of these styles are really cool and will only become more popular as the season goes on. What do you guys think? Love it or hate it?

In case you are living under a rock, or you just aren’t that interested in fashion…(strange thought) over the knee boots are the BIGGEST trend of Fall and Winter. Some are flat, (my personal favorite) and others are heeled. They come in a wide array of colors and textures, too. Overall, here are some of my favorites that I want DESPERATELY.
1. Of course these are Pour La Victoire. They make the greatest shoes and boots, and I love this gray color. They also come in black, though. These are so versatile, you could dress them up, down, and wear them all over town. haha I’m funny.
2. These Corso Como boots may seem a bit plain, but the color is a rich, supple brown and the asymetrical top of the boot give it an updated look on your standard boot. Again, another very versatile boot. You can wear these just about anything. Plus the price on these is easy on your wallet, too.
3. A god among shoe brands, Loeffler Randall (although insanely expensive) knows how to create the perfect shoe. Or boot, in this case. His designs are always flawless, with a perfect construction and to die for style. I love these. Not too much to be over-worn, but also not too plain where they don’t catch your eye.
4. The other really cool pair I can’t seem to get the picture to work for, so I’ll attach the link. They are the Free People Rianna slouchy black suede boots with studs splattered on the sides. A bit rocker, super cool. Loves them!

How to Afford a Shoediction
My addiction to shoes is a very difficult one to maintain, as I am broke. Sometimes I’m able to save up some money for a cute pair, but enough for those to die for $300 pair of heels? Not so much. Then I got invited to a members only website that features luxury designer clothes, shoes and jewelry for wholesale prices called Gilt Groupe. Everything I have ordered so far is authentic and so cute. So I thought I would share in the good fortune of amazing prices! If you want to be a member, click on the link below.

They have men’s, women’s and children’s selections, as well as travel pieces too. Hope you enjoy!

Just look at them. Priced just under 3,000 and if I had the money, I’d buy them. One of Louboutin’s most luxurious, embellished and over the top creations and I can’t stop staring. I’d babble on some more about how gorgeous these shoes are, but for once I think I’m at a loss for words due to awe. Stare away, pallies.

Sam Edelman is a god. How does he do it? I think his signature gladiator style sandals have a cult following by now. This pair is really different from most of the ones I’ve seen and I couldn’t find them anywhere else besides the trusty Anthropologie.
I’m in love. And I need to get these immediately.

Gimme Boots
So Nordstrom recently had their anniversary sale, and I found a great pair of suede Franco Sarto boots on sale, so naturally I had to get them. They are a great winter staple. But, as my luck would have it, the VERY NEXT DAY, I found an even more amazing pair of boots. However, they are also way more expensive. So what to do what to do? I think the latter pair is probably better because snow will ruin the suede, but being broke is a big factor. Take a look and see which pair you favor. Besides the fact that we all favor the second pair. Damn.
